Stan requested this pic but I thought others might be interested so rather than PM it ive posted it here. The pad on the left is from AUS and on the right is from US. they actually have writen on the tops of the pads 'Sega Master System' (sorry about the quality, my phone camara isnt great and it kept comin out abit dark, i might replace this pic on the weekend when im at home in natural daylight!)

Cool, thanks man. Seeing how minor the variation is, I'm not sure if I'm going to bother finding the AUS version. We really need to update the third-party accessory section after the characters are finished. I've got a ton of weird ones no one really knows about and you've got some cool ones too.

I wouldnt say it was all that 'minor', ok obvoisly the packaging has quite a few diffrences, but the pads are totally diffrent, other than the stripes and colour the wires come out at different places (abit like old and new sega pads)

Well, I suppose, I mean for me it's not enough to want to really, really find one. If I see one I'll pick it up, but it's essentially the same thing as the other, what I meant is that it's not like it's a totally different controller with rapid-fire or something to set it apart other than how it looks.

Thought i'd post a better pic of these pads as my 1st one was rather crappy. they are quite easy to open without damaging the packet. I'd also like to add that these are the crappest feeling pads ive EVER held, ive not actually tried one yet but they feel sooo cheap. Also the grey controler, with side exit cable, has a 4 foot cable even the packet states 10 feet! what a swizz

I have a photo of the inventor of those pads The pads were supposed to have 10 foot cables, but he had to use a load of cable for some kind of weather experiment involving a clock tower.
