Master System Mark 1 Question

Hi I would like to know which version of the Sega Master System 1 will play all games including Codemasters carts and Tec Toy Games. I know mine doesn't which is verions 1.3 with no inbuilt in games (only snail maze)

I've seen a version with Hang On built in, would this work?

The things is I want a SMS 1 'cos it has an av lead and the picture with an rf lead it terrible. I have a SMS 2 but due to the picture quality on my TV I never really use it.

No I'm not going to be buying a new TV in the future, but have seen a few cheap SMS1's on Ebay.

If anyone has a few versions of the SMS 1 console could they try games like Micro Machines and Street Fighter 2 and get back to me with the results.

I guess that for example Alex Kidd built in might exists in a few different versions 2.1,2.2 etc.....

Please please don't make me use my SMS2!!!!

My mk1 with Hangon/Safari hunt built in plays everything.
The model number on the bottom is 3005-05-A

Finally got hold of a Mark 1 one with Hang On/Safari Hunt. I've tried all the dodgy Tec Toy Games and the Codemaster ones. The only cart which is a bit dodgy is Micromachines. It plays it, but it crashes if I press the pause or reset button! Ah well you can't have everything. At least I can play Dizzy properly now, no idea what I'm doing. How do you get down the 1st lift in the mine? I have the key (maybe....)
