Hey everyone, I just made my first review for the site. It's of Rastan. If you guys get a chance to read it, could you post any advice you might have here. I want to make sure I'm doing a good job when writing these, and after reading it again I thought it was informative, but maybe a bit boring. Let me know, please! ... don't be afraid to be brutal if need be.
EDIT: Sorry mods, I meant to put this in the Site Review Discussion forum. Could someone move it for me? Thanks.

Good job man, you did an excellent review. In case anyone is wondering why their review wasn't published (ahem, Retrogamer), it's because you didn't write enough or simply said this game sucks because you can't move without giving enough detail. Read Roth's to get an idea. We expect you to take the time to get into a game so you can properly detail what you like and dislike about WHILE backing up said claims.

I really enjoyed the review mate, good to see the system being used like its supposed to be. Good detail. And it did what you set out to do - to make me play Rastan again!

I approve!
As always, a good review covers both the good and the bad points about the game. I guess there are some minor "annoyances" in Rastan, but most of what a player thinks about that game usually comes down to how much they like/dislike standard side-scrollers.
'Rastan' isn't revolutionary, but it is very playable game that will entertain most gamers without frustration long enough to make it more than worthwhile. IMO.
