you have to wait a bit before pushing the other directions for a move because sometimes if you push them so fast it wont work.
does anyone know how to do the slide kick with sub zero and the bycicle kick with lui kang?
also a glitch if your playing 2 players both pick raiden and as soon as the round begins both do the pushing move at the exact same time and the screen will go really blurred and the characters will dissapear and i dont think you can hit each other but it still makes the noises when jumping.

Although I'm building my Euro collection steadily, I still don't have this beast. I've always wondered - is the blood in this game too? Is there blood in any SMS game? I can't really think of any right now.
From the screen caps I've seen it looks like a much more solid port than it had any right to be.
So who's next in the queue now?

Yeah, there's a blood code, it's uploaded under MK's entry in the game database. Zero's kick is suppose to be back, back button 2, but it's not working for me. Pretty worthless move anyway. I can check my cards if you want Kang's kick.

It's quite funny actually - because even though I think MK1 is superior all round (just in terms of overall polish) than MK2, I actually prefer playing 2 player on MK2.  I think it's maybe just because of the range of characters available, or the different ways to dismember your friends on 'finish him'! ;D Two player is still great on MK1 though. |

The blood code is 2,1,2, down, up press this on the screen with loads of text. This game just gets better and better as i just realized that when you pause this game you can un-pause it by pressing button 2 on the controller.

I think the effects are disappointing, you want to hear a bish bosh when you make contact. I don't mind this game actually it's not too bad....very gory too
