Maybe you could answer a question for me. Were the blue carts sold in Belgium? I've seen a few for sale on Belgian EBay, most often Out Run, but they have always been in Euro cases. My theory is the unsold NTSC carts were shipped off there and repacked in Euro cases, maybe you can spread some light on the situation. My two Blue Labels are both in NTSC cases from Sega of America. One of them I bought off a fellow Belgian collector (I'll ask him where he got it) and the other one off a UK seller. The games are Double Dragon and Reggie Jackson Baseball. I must say, I haven't seen any Blue Labels for sale on Belgian ebay (at least not at affordable prices). Sorry I couldn't help. Double Dragon with blue labels was sold in Belgium, i'm sure as far as i remember i got one in 97 when some stores where clearing out their inventory. I checked last year with my nephew who got DD a year after it came out and his copy also had blue labels

About a year ago, I asked a lady who makes plush dolls to make me an Opa-Opa. She did an excellent job, the parts are magnetic and come on and off. The only bad thing is my cat of 15 years died about 4 days before this arrived so it was hard to be excited about anything. It took a few months to make and I just waited to see the final project. You can see more pics here. www.summersplushies.com/opaopabig/index.htmlI would do just about anything for that, that is so cool! I have also been looking for any Alex Kidd toy, and so far I the only thing I've seen was an obscure board game. Surprised someone never released a plush or even a toy. There's a market for it, me.

Sold this 2 wheeks ago. I got 69€ for it. The annoying thing is about 5 years ago a retro game store owner offered me one of those for free. It was huge though for going on a store wall and I turned it down, would have looked amazing next to all my MS stuff.

If any of the newer members have not checked out this thread - you need to! Some great rarities in here. Look back, way back.... I am left wondering if Bock is single or fifthy rich. I realize he started collecting much earlier then I did, but WOW!
Somethings have changed in ten years too. I believe Stan listed hardest Blue rerelease games to find in order of Outrun Cali games Double Dragon Ghostbusters
Rambo has to take the top spot now. California games I would consider easier to find then all other rereleases except RJ baseball, including the three red releases ALKM, Black Belt, choplifter.
Its nice to read some of the history of the forum discussions and members. Enjoy!

Collecting now is a nightmare because there alot of real dirty tatty stuff around with the quality stuff being very overpriced. Im hitting all the big carboot sales in the summer on the search for any retro stuff.

My personal biggest treasure (and my wholy grail) is my mint copy of Sonic Blast. It´s practically new. I have more unique and wonderful titles, but this is the number one.

I have been looking through the thread and realised I have never posted in it, although there are quite a few items in the earlier posts that I have since acquired from those collectors. Anyway, outside of the usual set of games and hardware I think of the following is my treasure.. Sealed blister packs (a shame that some of these yellow over age)... Prototype Air Rescue cover art Double Pack US Kiosk unit Although not actually Master System specific items I love my retail display units from the early 90's
