Add a new one from a frustrating experience trying to play Soul Calibur VI on gamepass... Having to scroll through and accept long end user license agreements! Wtf!! I think I encountered that on something recently too (Spyro Trilogy perhaps). Who on earth things that sticking a big long EULA in front of a game is 1) a good idea and 2) something that would stand up if challenged legally.

Buggy or even broken games at release. Part of it is the massive and complex games but part of it is also a "we'll fix it in a later patch" mentality to be able to release the game at the announced date. Which means that anything post 6th generation (DC/PS2/GC/XBOX) will become more or less worthless to collect when the servers die and you can't update the games anymore. forum.psnprofiles.com/topic/105801-no-patches-for-some-ps3-games/

The heavy emphasis on pay-to-win or pay-to-play online, in quite a few games. I was excited to get Doom for my playstation when it was initially released, until I found out you had to be a PS plus member to play online with others -_-
The lack of split screen modes for couch co-op, for many new games where it would've been an awesome feature. I have co-workers and pals come over every now and then and we enjoy playing together, while being in the same room. There's a lot of games we'd love to be able to play in splitscreen mode, where the feature just isn't implemented. Probably because it doesn't hold a priority anymore, compared to online multiplayer.
Hell, even a good singleplayer story/campaign is rather hard to come by, if there's any aspect of multiplayer in the game whatsoever.

The fact that physical copies today contain just a glorified early access at full price. Then you need to buy the rest of the game piece by piece or with seasonal passes, and wait for continuous updates. Whereas on PC I honestly prefer digital releases, which at least with GOG you get a DRM free copy which you can keep at will, on consoles I still prefer physical releases, and not even "complete" editions are usually actually complete and in a "1.0" state. Which is what I would like for any physical release. A full, complete copy to keep.
Secondly, online achievements and online only contents: I don't always care for achievements/trophies and I tend to play games long after they are released, but still it bothers me that I can't get trophies or some items only obtainable online since there's no one to play with or simply the servers are closed.
Thirdly, but easily avoidable, DRM: On PC I just don't buy games with DRM, while I'm glad to pay money for DRM free ones. You trust me? Thanks, I sincerely appreciate it. I'll give you back reasons to. And I've also bought the same games again as gifts.
To sum it up, over(mis)use of internet.
