Are US and Euro sms game cards the same?

Hi Guys,
As titled. Obviously the cases are different between US and Europe if you check the back. I am wondering if the cards themselves are all the same? By that i mean label, pcb and all.

PCB- yes
front label- yes
back label- a US/UK card will have the info in English, a German will have it in German.
