What do you mean ported to the MegaDrive?The MegaDrive uses a 68000 cpu,master system uses a z80 cpu.

I mean could you use sms roms on a md cartridge, I suppose a bit like using sms roms on a md everdrive

Hmmm not sure.. did you burn the rom yourself or is it one you bought? I dont even know if a copy that works on real hardware was released (other than Ians official copies).. i suppose Ian is the best person to answer your question.

He sent me a message now asking me to return him the cartridge so he can fix it ^^

I've played it. Would love a physical copy though. There's a homebrew megadrive/Genesis game being released soon called Tanglewood. Sega wouldn't licence it but have wished the developer well apparently. I've played some terrible homebrew roms, but this one is decent. Sonicboy in monster land is quite funny tbh. Oh yeah, Harry Potter on the Megadrive/Genesis is like Hogwarts Pacman.

These aren't mine. Someone in Germany has made a large batch of their own reproduction and even translated the game to German. I'm cool with it though, they're not being sold for profit, just produced at cost for fans/collectors.
