Hey beautiful people,
I picked up another Sega Master System 2 and there seems to be issues with this one.
The only thing that shows up when turning it on is the SEGA logo, then from there it goes to a blank screen. Game carts also dont load. just a blank screen.
I had a look at the Motherboard but didnt notice anything out of place apart from a fix trace wire on the back fixed into place with hot glue..looks like from factory.. On the back it has the Channel 2 or 3, it seems to be a trimpot not a switch (none of my segas have this but it could be normal? and im sure its nothing to do with the issue)
ideas?

Have you cleaned the games?

If its not even booting the built in game, that's not a good sign! Are the cartridge port pins all in good shape and not bent out of place? They do have a wire fix from the factory like you say, so that's not unusual.
