Small ads. Sometimes they work. I know what you mean. 4 weeks ago, I was screwed by one of these damn private persons and Ebay didn´t anything. I had the chance to get a complete Championship Hockey for €20 and already paid, and the guy sends my money back and told me that the cart is "lost". In fact, he took a look on Ebay, saw the BIN prices and.. You know what the rest of the story is. My advice: Only go for local sellers and be fast. And use (ebay) ads / comparable services. Whoever doesn't put up his stuff for auction is usually either lazy or ignorant.

Spent 95 € today on a set including a console and ~40 games, one of which is a boxed/manual copy of Home Alone.
And Stanley was happy.

Was in Frankfurt three weeks ago couldn't find anywhere that sold SMS tried all sorts of old fashioned shops couldn't find second hand shops Second hand mostly refers to fashion. The kind that sells games usually reads "An- & Verkauf". They are commonly located in the poorer areas of the town or around the main station. Frankfurt is a comparatively well situated, so they might be rarer there.

Germany in a pawn shop. The evil kind, where the clerk googles the price once you show interest. I brought him a copy of The Flash and WO. Luckily, he was obviously moronic enough to only use ebay.de and not do international search, so I folded at the 25 € Flash and only left with the cheap looking sports game. Another thing: This looks like the European version like here: segaretro.org/File:WinterOlympics_SMS_EU_Box_Kixx.jpgnot the UK one. Does anyone have information about the souvenir book that came with it? Edit: According to the barcode, it seems to be UK though...

Picked up a Kixx version of Winter Olympics for 4€ today. With manual, no souvenir book.
- Was ist worth it?
- Is the souvenir book identical with the regular version so I can relace it with that?
Thanks

Hello folks,
I'm a multi-console collector mostly focused on Sega Master System nowadays who looks for people to chat and trade with.
Since I started late, my collection is pretty moderate compared to what some people have amassed here, but I think I'm stll improvable. Among the consoles I own are:
Atari 2600, NES, Famicom, SNES (PAL/NTSC/JAP), Sega Master System, Sega Game Gear, Sega Mega Drive, Sega CD, Philips CD-I , Dreamcast and most from newgen.
I own over 1000 different games, mostly from NES and SMS where for the latter I'm currently looking mostly for games and manuals. Among the stuff I'm currently looking for is:
- PAL Manuals for Robocop 3, Asterix - The Great Rescue and Home Alone and the german upright manual for the Super Tennis card. - Championship Hockey, Hulk, Robotnik Mean Bean Machine, Golden Axe Warrior, Out Run 3D
I have several german manuals and packagings in the area of NES, SNES and SMS.
Landsleute sind natürlich zwecks Versandkostenreduktion und evtl. Treffen besonders willkommen!
Regards
