Definitely Argentina for me. They are my favourite team in Pro Evo (have been for many years) and I don't play with anyone else. My sweepstake pick at work was also Argentina so there's £20 in it for me if they win!
I do like the way the Germans play though and really enjoyed their 7-1 demolishing of Brazil.

Haha, no problem guys! For Ian, it´s not a surprise because he lives in England England and Germany are rivals for decades. And Batman, you better change the side to Germany, because they will win All brazilian fans will be against Argentina as well because of another legendary rivalry hehe Honestly, during the whole World Cup, I was always for the underdogs. Especially Ivory Coast and Costa Rica (I like Belgium too, even they are no underdogs). And no, I wasn´t happy to see Brazil lose 7:1. 2:0 or 3:0 okay, but that result was way too high and I feel with the brazilians. I was 3 years old in 1990 and didn´t realized that Germany won the Cup. My wish is to see them only one time in my life as the champions, and now, the big chance is here. I really hope to see Germany win - this time

I'd like Germany to win! Not only because I'm half german, but because I think they deserve it most as a team. The collective teamplay of Germany seems to work very well and has often been entertaining to watch, especially compared to other teams, who seem to rely on their individualists and star players a lot more.
I also bet on Germany for the semifinal against Brazil, although I had not expected Brazil to be so utterly destroyed. It probably didn't help that Neymar wasn't around, but honestly I don't believe he could have done much about the situation, since it seemed to be Brazils defense that needed major improvements.
I bet my copy of World Cup Italia 90' that Germany will win on Sunday!

Yeah I know. Maradona the cheater I'd like Germany to win! Not only because I'm half german, but because I think they deserve it most as a team. The collective teamplay of Germany seems to work very well and has often been entertaining to watch, especially compared to other teams, who seem to rely on their individualists and star players a lot more. In 2006, Juergen Klinsmann gave the team and his good groundwork into the hands of Joachim Loew. At the time, players like Klose, Schweinsteiger and Podolski were parts of that young dynamic team. Now, they are older (it will be the last tournament with Klose) and Scheinsteiger and Podolski are near 30. Thomas Mueller made many mistakes in 2010 (in my opinon), look at him now. All the hard work from Loew must be successful this Sunday, because if not, new players will come and the work starts again. Honestly I don´t believe in another final match with Germany in 4 years.

Argentina for me! However I think they have no chance against Germany. Argentina made it to the final with a bit of luck and Messi lately acts very strange, I hope his health is fine! On the other hand, Germany has many great players and its performance until now was much better than Argentina, without counting the 7-1. As I said to Gordman a couple weeks ago, I was expecting to see a final with Germany and Netherlands. Football isn't always fair, so let's see...

Germany for me - purely because they have been by far the best team in the tournament from the very start and consistently throughout. Plus, they have goalscorers all through their squad unlike Argentina who rely on two players only.
Thing is - in a one off game, this could all change!!

I really want Germany to win. Argentina are unconvincing and it'd be superb if Klose can add the world cup to his goals record.

Germany did it! Guys, it was so awesome here. Fireworks everywhere, screaming happy people on the streets, honking cars with german flags.. It´s a great feeling. And we did it - we took the 24 years chance^^ And I have to add an important sentence. For the first time in the last 15 years (since my youth), I feel lke a German, I can be proud of my country without being insulted for some reasons while walking on the streets with a german flag. Tonight, all people are united - unique
