You should do Enduro Racer for your next one! Try and get under 6 minutes. Its an easy game, but getting under 6 minutes is pretty tricky.

Pro Wrestling now online . I've nearly finished the next game too, just stuck on the last level at the minute

I can't believe I just discovered today that WWF Wrestlemania is only a 1-player game! How lame is that? Even if for some inexplicable reason you wanted to play this game with a friend, you can't! So, does this prove that you actually never even played the game? Because while, for reasons unknown it says "1 Player" on the box, it's actually a 2 Player game. Even right in the beginning it says "1 or 2" and in the main menu there's a "Player vs. Player" option. (And unlike Pro Wrestling, you can do more than just Tag-Team matches...)

Are you sure you've played it?! Honestly, there is no option whatsoever to get 2 players involved. Go try it now and see!

Awesome video Stew. Glad to finally see it as it has been a while since the last SMS Quest.
I'm glad you had a practice at and learned the timings and got the moves down. Once you get used to that it's a fun game. Nice to see you mixing it up by winning with pins, Boston Crabs, top rope splashes and body splashes.
Spot on analysis at the end there too. In my mind, you've settled the argument and I'm glad I won't have to go on about this game or WWF Steel Cage Challenge anymore ;D

Awesome video Stew. Glad to finally see it as it has been a while since the last SMS Quest. Glad you enjoyed it mate . I'm guessing you know a lot about Pro Wrestling? Could you clear up whether the hidden Alien match is included in the Euro version of the game? I tried it on a second playthrough just to make sure before I finalised the video and couldn't get it to work, so I'm guessing it's only in the Japanese version

I'll hold my hands up and admit I'm probably wrong on the 1-player thing. I reckon the rom I have is a dodgy Game Gear one. I wasn't able to test it out on an actual cartridge as I don't own it (thank god )

You should try that one by the way, it's quite different!

Yes, there are some 2 player options. I never played Steel Cage Challenge before and was curious by reading the conversation of you two. (By the way, the game is not that bad if you try to learn the controls. I give it a go one day)

You should try that one by the way, it's quite different! Quite different? It's the same crappy game, only difference is that it's an all female wrestlers game and having the alien match....oh and Dump Matsumoto is a real wrestler (I also think the other teams are real? I read that Bull Nakano is one of them and one Team are actually the Jumping Bomb Angels (who were also in the WWF around 1987-198) But other than that? It's still the same boring "10 rounds against team a, 10 rounds against team b, 10 rounds against *yawn* team a" where you repeat the same 4 moves hundreds of times, all the while figuring out that even the repetitive lame Transbot is more fun ;D Oh and maybe you should give Steel Cage Challenge a legit try, on the real system, with the manual so you figure out the controls and know what to do...after all, Steel Cage Challenge is a lot more sophisticated than Pro Wrestling

Don't get excited I haven't uploaded another episode yet (although I do have a couple filmed, just lazy with the editing ), but I wanted to gauge people's opinion. I'm toying with the idea of live streaming the SMS Quest from now on and just wondered if people would be interested in tuning in to watch it live? I've been playing around with the YouTube streaming app and it's a bit naff TBH, so I'll probably have to take it to a different site, I think it'll be instagib.tv/ as I like that site's chat section, and the whole point of trying this is to make it a bit more interactive than what YouTube vids offer. Replying to comments is all well and good but it's not on the same level as interacting live with the viewers . So yeah, would you be interested in tuning in if I had a regular schedule? I was thinking about every other Sunday. I'll still film and edit them into episodes and upload them to YouTube so don't worry if you won't be able to watch live
