PrivateJoker keeping it old-school with VHS tapes I've been watching a lot recently. It feels a lot more genuine actually. Don't know why... I've got the 17" TV in the bedroom and at a perfect distance from the bed for SMS and VHS On topic: Picked up this package just now.

Yeah, exactly that. I got mine off ebay for about £25 all told. Did I post this already? www.racketboy.com/retro/sega/saturn/sega-saturn-shmups-2d-shootersAll you need to know. Except Donpachi and Gekirindan aren't as bad as their placing would suggest. Donpachi is amazing and only suffers on Saturn from slowdown when bosses explode.

Some nice Nintendo stuff there. Are you turning to the dark side PJ? I get tempted from time to time Got the wavebird and the three GC games for 25 Euro while a loose Wavebird goes for that much sometimes It will be put to good use as I've got Paper Mario still to play and then Eternal Darkness and Capcom vs SNK. Don't know why, but I never hold on to Nintendon't stuff for too long so I also see it as an investment for the Sega collection

Possibly my fav of the Nintendo consoles. The controller is the best ever made, in my my humble opinion.

Eternal Darkness is a great game.

I bought Sonic & Sega racing for DS the other day, its awesome! Its easily my favorite DS game now, and way better than the irritating Mario Kart DS. Its much more skill rather than luck based with regards to its weapons and has so much Sega goodness in it. You can race as Alex Kidd on his motorbike/pedicopter and even as Opa Opa (once you unlock him). It also has the same kind of addictive missions mode as Crazy Taxi and Outrun 2, where you need to do all kinds of silly stuff like shoot zombies as you drive long.

This: Wasn't really after a coloured one, this one just happened to pop up at a great price with fresh caps so I took the plunge. I was pretty disappointed to see the current prices of GG's. I remember only a couple of years ago a mint boxed unit would set you back $50 tops. Nowadays people are spending $8 on a cap replacement and charging $100+ for them! What's going on!?
