Not bad Barney I know Gran Turismo 2, it´s a damn great game! Wipeout Fusion is good too, but a little bit too slow for a racing game in comparison to the XGRA series.

Gamestations I've been to stopped doing retro years ago Operation WinBack sounds hilarious. Did you really need like 6 consecutive FIFAs though??

Operation WinBack sounds hilarious. Did you really need like 6 consecutive FIFAs though?? Worst thing is, he didn't even get the best FIFA game (FIFA 98) but only the bad sequels. But there are some good games in it. NHL '99 is awesome (it features the jersey design from the movie Slap Shot for the Custom team) Gran Turismo 2 is a classic, so is Ridge Racer Type 4 (best game in the series, imo) Medal of Honor (story written by Steven Spielberg!) started the whole World War 2 craze and is one of the passable consoles FPS. But there's some sequel-crap there. Reloaded is worse than Loaded (kinda like Metallicas Reload sucks even worse than Load ) and for the NHL's, NHL 2002 was the best game during that game (had that awesome Trading Card system) while NHL 2004 was the game where they took out everything, even the create a player mode Ha...even got Midway Arcade Treasure, a OK compilation, except for the horrible Smash TV emulation (in germany we didn't even get the game as it's still banned, but after reading how bad it was emulated there, i'm not even angry about it ;D ) and the buggy Rampart version. It has some interesting videos with interviews from the designers and Blaster is a game you have to experience, it's a trip.

And yeah, I just saw MK recently and..."stupid but fun" pretty much nails it right on the head. It's all worth it to see Liu Kang's live-action bicycle kick. ;D

Seems like Action Replay carts are really expensive, though, and the vast majority of games I'd want for the system are Japanese!

Nah, the Action Replay carts are about £20 tops - but even triple that would be a worthwhile investment! Seems a shame to be into shmups and not have a Saturn is all!

Seems like the Saturn is where the real bullet-hell/twitch shmups got started. That alone is worth getting into, for history's sake.

Wowow! There will be no dissing the original MMPR! Everything was around 70 Euro shipping from the Netherlands included. The arcade stick is brand spanking new. There must be a newly discovered stock somewhere in the Netherlands. Got a multiplayer for MD from there as well brand new and both were relatively cheap. 15 for the Multiplayer and 19,95 for the arcade stick... Edit: King of the Monsters was supposed to be the Classics release and World Cup USA was the Kixx version that I asked at the same prices... Hope they can still send those because the normal releases are just too common and already had one of them.
