Following on from my list of Sega Card variations, I thought it was about time that we tried to document Italian SMS releases, as there seems to be very little information about them. These were released early in the system's life and are pretty scarce. The insert tends to be in English, and the manual is fully Italian as is the text on the back of the cart/card. Here's the list I have so far - as always, any additional information will be gratefully received.
[PIC] Action Fighter (IT) – Now, there are no limitsSM.
[PIC] Alex Kidd in Miracle World (IT) – Now, there are no limitsSM.
[PIC] Astro Warrior/Pit Pot (IT) – Now, there are no limitsSM.
[PIC] Bank Panic (IT) (The Sega Card) – Now, there are no limits®.
[PIC] Black Belt (IT) – Now, there are no limitsSM.
[PIC] Choplifter (IT) – Now, there are no limitsSM.

[PIC] My Hero (IT) (The Sega Card) – Now, there are no limitsSM.
[PIC] Ninja, The (IT) – Now, there are no limitsSM.
[PIC] Pro Wrestling (IT)
[PIC] Secret Command (IT) – Now, there are no limitsSM.
[PIC] Shooting Gallery (IT) – Now, there are no limitsSM.
[PIC] Spy vs Spy (IT) (The Sega Card) – Now, there are no limits®.
[PIC] Teddy Boy (IT) (The Sega Card) – Now, there are no limitsSM.
[PIC] TransBot (IT) (The Sega Card) – Now, there are no limitsSM.
[PIC] Wonder Boy (IT) – Now, there are no limitsSM.
[PIC] World Grand Prix (IT) – Now, there are no limitsSM.
As well as the above, there are two known regional variants of games which have an Italian insert but the standard European manual and cart.
[PIC] Jungle Book, The (Disney's) (IT) (Il Libro della Giungla)
[PIC] Lion King, The (Disney's) (IT) (Il Re Leone)
Also worth noting is that Cosmic Spacehead was released in Italy with an additional card (product registration/warranty card perhaps?) for the company Marpes. [PIC]
Big thanks to drrotule for helping with this list, and to everybody else that I "borrowed" pictures from.
