I finally got my act together and finished some more copies of the game at last. I have (hopefully) sent a PM/email to everyone who had asked about it while it was still unavailable. Maybe in a few years you could a 'classic' re-release Haha! You could probably make loads more money if you did a variety of cover variations How cool would it be to own a Portugese Purple Digger Chan or the French version, Le Chan Mineur ;D

I only make them if the kickstarter fund reaches £500,000 and not a penny less!

Hi, I have sent playgeneration a PM requesting a copy of the game (fingers crossed I thought I would post a message of support and thanks in regards to all the hard work that these folks have put into this. I own several homebrew/later produced games: For Megadrive; Beggar Prince, Legend of Wukong, Star Odyssey, Pier Solar, Hang Man and Oh! Mummy. Also Zaku for Atari Lynx This would be an awesome addition to my collection (and i will never sell it ) I will have to check out this forum more often

Those 2 cover variations looks awesome! I just got my copy the other week and it looks so nicely done! . I've not been able to play it yet though as I need some new RF cables etc..

Any chance on another run? I'd settle for cart only if I could just get it.

There's one on ebay UK at the moment if you're interested.

very odd, especially as the seller is in Bolton (about 5 miles from here) and I dont know him
he obviously doesnt know what it is as the listing is totally wrong and quite possibly an infringement as I dont think they allow sale of homebrew games

It seems he needs money. Otherwise I got my 4 Pak All Action from him, but it seems that I was lucky at that point of time.

They're probably more interested in stopping counterfeit goods for things that are currently being sold by fairly major companies. Video games for old consoles are not likely to be a priority - fairly sure you can find a tonne of emulator disks without looking too hard.

I bought my copy of digger Chan off ebay a few months ago so I can't imagine he's doing much wrong.

I think homebrews are allow but not repros. Homebrews have no legal issues since it's made of new content where repros have licensing issues. I missed the ebay auction. I really just wanted a few SMS homebrews since I like to have a few for all systems. Any tips about other ones? I want them on a real cart though, that seems to be the sticky part.

I hope I won´t get problems with Playgen by making commercials for other games in this thread now There is only one known homebrew game brought to a real cart besides Digger Chan. That game is Bread and Butter. Watch out at the sales section at Sega Age the next months. Astrododge is a game for the SG-1000 in amazing quality, if that is something for you.

Thanks, I'll keep an eye on Sega Age. I haven't been there as much lately since everyone seems to be on Nintedoage instead. I have a placeholder on it actually with the creator. I wrote to the guy behind Astrododge as well and he said he has no time frame. I suppose patience is in order, alas I have none.
