According to the internet, my most rarest game is Spellcaster, but i don't think it is as rare, as Phantasy Star, Golden Axe Warrior or Alex Kidd: In Miricle World. As i Also have in my collection. I just reansenly starting to take my SMS collection Serious, so haven't been going so mush for rare games, as much as fun to play games. Alex Kidd in Miracle World is rare? well I also heard Wonder Boy 1 was rare for some reason... I've had them all my life so never noticed lol ummm Outrun 3D, a cart of Street Fighter 2, US edition of Golden Axe Warrior and I think that's about it

Hi everyone, My rarest items are: CIB sealed X-men: Mojo World (Brazil), CIB Dr Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine (Brazilian release), sg commander pad (working, no packaging), and a rapid fire unit sealed in box. I have other titles that are rare, but nothing like these two. Have no idea how much any of it is worth...haven't seen any for sale, but I know they are up there for rarity.

They're more uncommon than some other well known "rarities" And you have ninja gaiden, an awesome game that even NES collectors look for because it's so different from the nintendo version. Are you going for a full set or just the odd good game now and then?

Actually need to clean up what I have. Try trading some games if anyones interested although harder being in New Zealand.

Golden Axe Warrior (It think that's rare?) It has somewhat of a rarity. Its definitely among the more expensive SMS games and honestly, one of the better games. I finished it recently and after having played through the whole game, I actually enjoyed it more than the Legend of Zelda itself.

There are many people who say that Golden Axe Warrior is better than Legend of Zelda.

Its another one of those titles (like Phantasy star) that would have been the premiere series in its respected genre if it was on the NES instead of the SMS. Not sure how far it could have went series wise but I bet it could have spawned a couple of sequels for sure.

As far as I know, the original Golden Axe series still exists (I discovered a PS3 game somewhere). But as an adventure series, hmm.. Axe Battler on the Game Gear exists, and is the little brother of Golden Axe Warrior. It´s a shame that these are the only two games of the series. When I think on the Wii or Wii U, a modern GAW should be amazing. You´re right, a few sequels would have been possible.

To be honest, I also like it better than Zelda. Miracle Warriors (also in my collection) is a fantastic game for the time, and there were sequels, just on the US release Genesis or Master System.

I havent heard of a Miracle warriors sequel. My avatar name is from that game (Areos the continent but just in reverse). I have very fond memories of that game.
