PDF looks amazing! The colours are so vibrant, I haven't read the articles within yet but can't wait for the physical copy to arrive.

In case anyone hasn't received the email - apparently there was a fire at the publisher's warehouse. No one was hurt in the fire, but the warehouse is badly damaged. At this time it isn't known if the copies of SMS: A Visual Compendium were damaged or destroyed, or if they were in an area unaffected by the fire. Sam Dyer wrote to assure backers that the books were insured, so the worst-case scenario would be that they have to be printed again, pushing the release back to April-May. In the best-case scenario, the books are fine but the shipping will still be slightly delayed as the police are still investigating the cause of the fire. Anyway, let's hope for the best!

Has any one else's arrived yet? Got mine yesterday. I've never had any of the other books in the series so it was a bit smaller than I expected (the dimensions that is) but still very nice quality and plenty of pages so I'm happy with it. The fold out for the Sonic Chaos level is cool while the Land of Illusion one seems a waste of the format. The slipcase, lenticular cover and dustcover are great quality. I hope they get to a dreamcast book some day.

Mine arrived a few months back and I love it. Such a shame they couldn't secure the rights/permission to cover the Wonder Boy games as they were my favourite! They tried super hard though.
