Looking to get a few PAL games CiB - UK buyer

Hi everyone. I would like to add these games to my collection.

However there are certain conditions that have to be met;

1. PAL region - European, not Australian.
   
2. Needs to be Complete and with Hang-tab. Box, Manual & Cart (Don't need to have catalog / poster etc.)
3. No scuffs or sun-fade to the artwork nor any damage to the outer sheath. Item should be in VG condition overall.
