I forgot to mention Ghostbusters on MS, the port was done also by Compile. Apparently Sega really liked Activision's early work since they also acquired the rights to H.E.R.O. and Pitfall. On a side note, Bonanza Bros is influenced by another Activision 2600 classic, Keystone Kapers. Sega was also influenced by Midway and Atari, namely Fantasy Zone which expands on Defender; and Alien Syndrome which borrows from Gauntlet but I digress.
I said Double dragon on Mark III/MS was done by the company that would become Arc system works, that's slightly incorrect, they were already called Arc system works ( founded in 1988).
