Good, glad your still at it! You got jammy with out run 3d thats a pain to find. I know, tell me about it. I very nearly got lucky with a copy of Assault City Light Phaser a couple of months back too. Long story short, a mate of mine said he had a copy of Assault City from some random bundle of stuff that now lived under his stairs, expecting it to be the normal (Non Phaser) version thought very little else of it. As to him it seemed I'd dropped my interest in it, he figured I didn't want it and quickly sold it. No further update to the total at the moment, but got my eye on a couple of games for the new year.

Thanks for the consideration but I'm gonna pass for the time being. Wouldn't want to insult you with an offer as I'm still desperately trying to stick to my budget, and my trade shelf is looking pretty bare at the moment, unless you need cart only world soccer etc! Congrats on the DD set, that really is an awesome find, and something so rare I daren't even tease myself about ever owning. Am hoping to have a little update in a few days as my partner has picked me up a couple of common but great condition bits as a present. Hope everyone has a great time over the holidays and massive SMS fun!

First update for 2017. Xmas was good with many gaming goodies from Santa, most being newer gen though. Amongst the goodies were 4 SMS titles, which I'd kindly asked for:
Ghost House - Wanted it for a while as I loved it as a kid, have no idea what happened to my original copy. Pro Wrestling - Again fond memories, will no doubt play this to death, still love it. Pit Fighter - Surprisingly better than I remember, need to play it a bit more. Champions of Europe - Never played as a kid, but it's by Tecmagik so it has to be awesome right? First impressions, beyond "What the hell happened to Europe?" It seems pretty good, like a clunky super kick off. Really need to play it a ton more, but I think I like it.
The last three were somewhat opportunist buys in a little indie shop, and although not being particularly rare or valuable they are all CIB and in fantastic condition, pretty cheap too.
I'm hoping Xmas will always help to keep the number moving in the right direction...

Probably a good time for a little update. Have been hard at work finding a few more bits to add to the collection. I think this time of year will probably always be my most fruitful for upping my collection, with some extra funds courtesy of being one of those old people that it’s hard to buy things for. I’ve had to have a little move around on my gaming shelves, my SMS collection now has a whole side of shelving to itself, (roughly 6’ x 2’) at the expense of having to move out my very limited Wii selection and very well loved PC Engine display stand. If my calculations are correct I should now have enough room for at least 138 SMS cases. I know at some point I’m going to need about the same again, but that really is going to be an awkward decision as I’m working with a strict rule of no more shelves. (Our lounge already looks like a man-cave!) Anyway, I broke my top paid again with a pretty mint CIB copy of Back to the Future 3 now stealing that crown at £5.62. (Includes postage) I’ve only played it for a few minutes and have to confess I can’t get off the first level. Am planning on having a little session on the SMS with my new games this weekend, and if I still can’t crack it the PAR will join the party. My ten new titles are: - Back to the Future 3 - See above. - Basketball Nightmare - Not as good as I remember. - Batman Returns - Need to play it more. - Bonanza Bros - Love it, always have done. - Desert Speed Trap - Need to get better at it and learn the level layouts. - Lion King - Better than I expected, decent platformer. - Robocop vs Terminator - Awesome. - Sega Chess - It’s Chess. - Speedball - Am too used to speedball 2 on SMD, still good though. - Super Smash TV - Way better than I expected, a bit addictive. On top of this list I have a couple of other bits on the way, again nothing too rare but I’m quite happy to see how my collection is growing and I’m loving trying out all the games I missed as a kid as well as those I have fond memories of. As a side note, I have been trying to get the Asterix game for the game club but have so far failed. Will keep trying but as I often find in life, I may well be ‘fashionably late’ to the party! Hope everyone is doing well, all for now. …160

Cheapest asterix on ebay is 14.99, will keep my eyes out for a cheap cart only A couple of weeks back there were a pair of CIB Asterix games on eBay (The first two titles) that the seller had listed as Master System Asterisk Games. Auction starting at a tenner with £3 postage, I managed to convince myself they were gonna get missed due to the typo and was hoping to poach them for £15 (£12 + postage.) My thinking being £5 for the original and £10 for Secret Mission. If I remember correctly, I didn't get a bid in as they sailed north of £20. Being tight does have its benefits when it comes to my collecting in general, yet seeking out specific games that cost double/treble what I normally pay isn't one of them. I'll keep looking, I haven't given up hope just yet.

Great idea i think. But how about updating your first Post so everyone else can See what is missing? Otherwise we need to go through all the Pages to see what is left?
So maybe if anybody has a game that you are missing, he can easily offer it to you.
Hope you find every Game :-)
